The Custom Reports command in the Managers Reports section of the Reports Area takes you into Query Builder for Skyware Custom Stay Reports, which allows you to create, view, and modify a report using information associated with a guests stay.
In addition, the Query Builder icon is found on many of the screens in Skyware, allowing you to create a report using the pertinent information contained in the screen you are on.
The Reports Area can be accessed by clicking the Reports icon on the Action Bar:

The Reports Menu screen is divided into four sections, Room Reports, Revenue Reports, Managers Reports and Other Reports.
The Custom Reports command is in the Managers Reports section of the Reports Menu
When the Custom Reports command is selected, the Query Builder Skyware Custom Stay Reports screen will open.
Clicking an item in the Select Field list on the left expands the selection to show the fields available for that category. Use those selections to populate the Display and Filter areas on the right side of the screen.
Use the Add to Display and Add to Filter radio buttons located above the Select Field list to determine whether you want to display the selected field on the report, or filter the report by the selected field.
Use the Save icon to save any customized reports you create using the Custom Reports Query Builder. All saved queries will appear listed in the Select Query drop-down list, allowing you to access them again later.
Click Run to execute the query you create and generate the custom report.
When you are finished, click Return to go back to the main Skyware interface.
